All Miss Tweed 's contracts, the details of the different subscription offers, the related rates, the technical characteristics and use of the services offered are permanently accessible on the home page of the site, except in cases of force majeure, breakdown or maintenance operations. Contracts are presented to each subscriber prior to the first subscription or access offered. This contractual framework applies to all subscribers and users, without condition or reservation. The possible tolerance of a contractual breach of contract does not constitute a waiver by Miss Tweed to take advantage of it. In the event of the nullity of one of the clauses of the contract, the other clauses shall be null and void.Site access and subscription
Access to the entire content of Miss Tweed is only possible, except for occasional free windows, by subscription. The latter involves filling out a subscription form and then creating a user account and a password that will allow the subscriber to authenticate himself. They give her access to editorial content and allow her to renew or modify current contracts with Miss Tweed and to consult her subscription history. The subscriber receives by e-mail the acceptance of his subscription request.Subscriptions
Individual subscription offers allow each user to create a separate user account, with personal access to the service for the duration chosen at the time of subscription and renewable, by tacit agreement, except for fixed-term subscription formulas or termination before the end of the current period according to the terms set out below. Only the Subscription Manager may grant, terminate, suspend or modify the access rights and contact details of users during the subscription period, without de facto extending the conditions of use beyond the duration of the subscription initially taken out. The allocation or suspension of accesses decided upon is the sole responsibility of the subscription manager. In the same way, the main subscriber guarantees the acceptance and respect of these general conditions of sale and use for each of the beneficiary users, under his full and entire responsibility. Each beneficiary is informed by e-mail of the right that the subscription manager has granted him/her. It must confirm its acceptance in accordance with the applicable conditions.Promotional offers
Miss Tweed occasionally proposes promotional offers, some of which are conditional on the entry of a so-called "promo" code. The latter must be entered by the user when subscribing to the offer in order to benefit from it. Information regarding the duration and conditions of these promotional offers is available on the Miss Tweed website. Due to the unique nature of each promotional offer, if the site finds that a user benefits from an offer that he has already used before, the user may have his access interrupted or even deleted without notice or compensation, and will be invited to take out a subscription offer that he may or may not choose. Miss Tweed reserves the right to modify its offers at any time, or propose other temporary promotional offers, under the conditions detailed on the site.Evolution of prices
