Chantal Gaemperle, the powerful head of human resources at LVMH, has been dismissed, several industry sources said. If confirmed, it would mean that the children of LVMH CEO and controlling shareholder Bernard Arnault won the battle they’ve been waging for months to oust her, the sources added. At the same time, Miss Tweed learned that Stéphane Rinderknech, head of LVMH hospitality and beauty division, ousted his own head of human resources Alessia Gargano, as she would have been receiving too much information from staff that made him look bad. “Security guards escorted her to the door, it was brutal,” one source with direct knowledge of the matter said, describing how Gargano was pushed out.
