Kering réduit la voilure dans l’immobilier de prestige pour obtenir des liquidités et alléger son bilan. Le groupe français a annoncé cette semaine la création d'une coentreprise avec la société d'investissement Ardian. Il détiendra 40 % de la nouvelle entité et Ardian 60 %. L'objectif est d’éliminer la pression exercée par ces activités au détriment de son métier : la fabrication et la vente de produits de luxe.
