Richemont souhaite que les investisseurs sachent qu'il tient à honorer sa promesse : l’amélioration de la gouvernance et la féminisation de sa direction font partie des priorités pour le groupe suisse propriétaire de Cartier. Après la publication de résultats semestriels en hausse, Richemont a annoncé vendredi l’arrivée d’un nouveau membre dans son comité exécutif : Patricia Gandji, directrice des ressources humaines et directrice générale des régions, qui supervise les fonctions support du groupe.
Son travail sera inchangé. Elle continuera à rendre compte au directeur général, Jérôme Lambert, qui siège au comité exécutif avec le président, Johann Rupert, et le directeur financier, Burkhart Grund, précise Richemont. Pour le groupe, l’objectif de cette promotion est d’insister sur l’importance qu’il place dans la promotion des femmes et la valorisation des talents. Cette nomination « réaffirme l'importance des personnes et des questions régionales, au moment où Richemont poursuit sa transformation », a déclaré le groupe dans un communiqué.
