Le processus de vente aux enchères de la cristallerie française Baccarat s’accélère, après des mois de retard. Le groupe de spiritueux Rémy Cointreau, coté à Paris, et plusieurs investisseurs américains et français figurent parmi les candidats potentiels, selon des sources ayant une connaissance directe du dossier.
Le processus officiel devrait commencer en avril, car les résultats annuels de la cristallerie ne seront clôturés qu’en mars. « Il y a beaucoup d’intérêt de la part de nombreux types d’acteurs venant de nombreux pays », a déclaré une source proche de l’opération. « Nous sommes maintenant dans la phase de pré-commercialisation. La note d’information officielle devrait être prête en avril. »
