Amouage, the Omani high perfumery house, is the Hermès of perfume-making in the Middle East. Everything is made in-house using the finest ingredients. The company spares no expense on its storytelling and the quality of its products. And like Hermès, it seems immune to the current spending downturn.
Amouage, in which L’Oréal bought a minority stake last year, said it expected 2026 would be another year of double-digit growth after posting impressive annual results. In 2025, its revenue rose by more than 60 percent on a like-for-like basis, pulled by bestsellers like Guidance and Purpose, and a rapidly growing fan base around the world.
